Junaedi Al Baghdadi, Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Barokatul Qodiri Cibitung , Bekasi, menyatakan keinginannya untuk dekat dengan kalangan artis. Pasalnya selama ini ada satu image atau pandangan yang kurang produktif kalau kyai dianggap sebagai musuh artis. "Tugas kyai sebenarnya adalah merangkul mereka jangan selalu memojokkan, baik itu dalam hal pornografi atau hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan syahwat. Kalau mereka selalu dipojokkan kapan mereka melakukan kebaikan. Setidaknya dalam kehidupan bukan nilai jelek saja yang ditanam paling tidak ada sekali kebaikkan. Siapa tahu dari satu kebiakan akan tumbuh menjadi subur," tandas Kyai saat ditemui di Pondok Pesantrennya, belum lama ini. Keinginan Abah Kyai, demikian panggilannya, untuk dekat dengan artis tidak hanya sebatas wacana saja. Untuk merealisasikanya Abah Kyai membuat sebuah album Nada Berdzikir yang prosesnya hanya dalam tempo 3 minggu dengan dibantu oleh beberapa musisi dangdut kondang seperti Jhonny Iskandar, Sonny Bera dan Dian Gaul. "Niatan awal untuk bikin album ini tak lain karena saya ingin dekat dengan artis dan saya ingin memberi sumbangsih biar artis itu tidak canggung, ada kedekatan antara kyai dan artis tidak beda," jelas Abah Kyai memberi alasan. "Selama ini ada semacam anggapan artis itu menjadi musuh mubaligh. Dan saya tidak bisa terima hal itu. Saya akan tunjukkan bahwa kyai bukan yang membuat hukum. Ada pepatah selebriti juga manusia dan kyai juga manusia. Kyai belum tentu bisa masuk surga dan orang yang merasa lebih baik dari orang lain itulah orang yang sombong," tandasnya. Terjun ke dunia entertainment juga sangat dipahami Abah Kyai, apalagi saat ini banyak sorotan dari sebagian ulama yang bahkan menabukan dunia entertainmen, terlebih infotainment sebagai bagian dari bisnis entertainment yang dianggap haram. Abah Kyai malah ingin merangkul teman-teman yang bergerak di dunia infotainment untuk berani membuktikan dan menunjukkan bahwa ucapan atau fatwa tersebut bukan pada tempatnya. Infotainment adalah wacana public dalam bentuk tayangan maupun tulisan yang bertujuan mengkritisi kehidupan seseorng public figure untuk menjadi lebih baik karena sorotan masyarakat, demikian ungkap Abah Kyai. "Kalau dunia ini isinya baik-baik, surga namanya. Dunia merupakan muara bertemunya calon penghuni neraka dan surga. Sepintas kita akan melihat kebaikan, sepintas kita akan melihat kejelekan. Kalau tidak semacam itu tidak ramai," imbuhnya. KH. Junaedi Al Baghdadi adalah sosok ulama kharismatik dan dipuja Jamaah Manaqib Syeikh Abdul Qadir Al Jaelani RA. Dimanapun Abah Kyai mengisi acara Manaqiban selalu dijejali puluhan ribu Jamaah. Maka kalau kita lihat seperti ada persamaan menghadiri pengajian Abah Kyai dengan menonton konser musik. Nabi bersama Khadijah menjadi suami istri selama 25 tahun, yaitu 15 tahun sebelum menerima wahyu pertama dan 10 tahun setelahnya hingga Khadijah wafat saat berusia 64 tahun. Kira-kira 3 tahun sebelum Nabi hijrah ke Madinah. Selama bersama Khadijah, Nabi Muhammad SAW tidak pernah melakukan poligami kecuali setelah setelah Khadijah wafat. Menurut buku The Women of Madina 1995 karya Muhammad ibn Saad, Khadijah memiliki barang dagangan yang lebih banyak daripada dagangan para pengembara pebisnis perempuan yang sukses, Khadijah juga memiliki karyawan yang bertugas menjual barang dagangannya. Pengalamannya dalam berdagang ini lah yang membuat Khadijah mengenal Muhammad yang kala itu masih berusia 25 tahun dan belum memiliki gelar dalam buku Muhammad His Life Based on the Earliest Sources 1983 karya Martin Lings, pada 595 M Khadijah membutuhkan rekan kerja untuk melakukan transaksi di Suriah. Ia memilih Muhammad ibn Abdullah untuk menuntaskan misi dagang Khadijah di Suriah. Bahkan Khadijah bersedia membayar upah Muhammad sebesar dua kali lipat dari itu, Khadijah mengutus salah satu pelayannya, Maysarah, untuk membantu Muhammad. Saat kembali, Maysarah menceritakan cara Muhammad dalam menjalankan bisnis. Ia berhasil membuat bisnis Khadijah mendapatkan keuntungan dua kali lipat dari perkiraan awal Khadijah. Dari misi tersebut, Muhammad mendapatkan gelar kehormatan Al-Sadiq Yang jujur dan Al-Amin Yang dipercaya.Selain pandai berbisnis, Khadijah juga merupakan pedagang yang murah hati. Ia kerap memberi makanan dan pakaian bagi kelompok miskin dan membantu kerabatnya yang kurang saat akan menikah dengan Nabi Muhammad, Khadijah meyakinkan Nabi melalui temannya bahwa Khadijah memiliki bisnis dan bisa mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya sendiri. Dalam buku yang sama, Muhammad His Life Based on the Earliest Sources, saat akan menikah, Khadijah mempercayakan seorang teman perempuan bernama Nafisa untuk mendekati Muhammad. Ia meminta Nafisa untuk bertanya apakah Muhammad memiliki keinginan untuk tidak punya uang untuk menafkahi seorang istri, Muhammad pun ragu untuk menjawab pertanyaan Nafisa. Namun kemudian Nafisa menyampaikan apakah ia mau menikah dengan perempuan yang memiliki usaha untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya mengetahui hal tersebut, Muhammad setuju untuk bertemu dengan Khadijah. Keduanya pun saling berkonsultasi dengan paman masing-masing dan setuju untuk kisah ini, bisa dilihat bahwa Khadijah merupakan perempuan yang mandiri. Ia bisa memastikan meskipun kala itu Nabi Muhammad tidak memiliki uang untuk menafkahi seorang istri, Khadijah tetap bisa mencukupi kebutuhan dirinya sendiri dengan bisnis yang ia jalani.

This research aimed to describe and explain the development of students at the Al Baghdadi Islamic Boarding School in order to increase the potential of the community, the stages and steps of the school in increasing the community's potential, and the outcome of increasing the potential of students and the community. The method used in this study is a qualitative type with a phenomenological approach. This research was carried out at the Al Baghdadi Islamic Boarding School on Proklamasi Street, Sasak Hamlet, Amandari Village, Rengasdengklok District, Karawang Regency, West Java. As for data analysis with open codding, axial codding, and selective coding. The Al Baghdadi Islamic Boarding School carried out the following stages are constructive and persuasive starting from preparation, social mapping, program planning, implementation, and evaluation where this stage is carried out continuously. Pesantren Al Baghdadi makes improvements to the community both in terms of skills, entrepreneurship, finance, and spirituality. The guidance carried out by the Al Baghdadi Islamic Boarding School for students and the surrounding community has several aspects significant continuity. The data are analyzed by descriptive-phenomenological analisys, Rank’s Spearman and Kendall Tau correlation analysis. This study generated four conclusions. First , the model of students economic autonomy and community economic empowerment that performed by pesantren Al-Ittifaq. Second , based on Rank’s Spearman correlation analisys and Kendall Tau correlation analisys can be concluded that there was a positive and significant correlation between the spiritual motivation creed motivation, worship motivation and muamalah motivation with variable of students economic autonomy. It is mean, if the spiritual motivation of students is high, then the level of economic autonomy will be the higher. Third , the results of Rank’s Spearman and Kendall Tau correlation analysis also prove that there was a positive and significant correlation between kyai leadership variables with students economic autonomy variables. That is, kyai leadership very influential in the formation of the economic autonomy of students. Fourth , by using analysis of Rank’s Spearman and Kendall Tau, there is a positive relationship between coaching variables with community economic empowerment variables. Melihat itu, mereka merasa malu dan dengan cepat melaporkan kejadian itu kepada Imam Junaid Al-Baghdadi . "Wahai Imam Junaid , kami merasa malu sebab melihat guru engkau, Syaikh Imam Abu Ishaq Annuri sedang mengemis di pasar," keluh murid Imam Junaid aduan dari muridnya itu, Imam Junaid tidak kaget. Sebab Beliau berkeyakinan bahwa yang dilakukan Syaikh Abu Ishaq Annuri itu merupakan usaha agar orang-orang bersedekah kepadanya dan mendapatkan pertolongan dari Allah. Selain itu mereka dapat selamat di dunia dan akhirat karena terhindar dari sifat kikir serta bakhil. Baca Juga "Sekarang saya mau bersedekah kepada Syaikh Annuri, saksikanlah oleh kalian apa yang akan terjadi," jawab Imam Junaid. Tidak lama kemudian Imam Junaid langsung menimbang emas sebanyak 100 dinar dan dilebihi 1 genggaman. Setelah itu Beliau menyuruh santrinya untuk pergi ke pasar dan memberikan timbangan emas itu kepadaSyaikh Annuri."Wahai Imam, kami mau bersedekah, silakan ambil ini," ucap santri Imam Junaid. Sedekah itu langsung diterima oleh Syaikh Annuri. Kemudian menyuruh santri itu agar mencari timbangan untuk menimbang sedekah yang diberikan. Setelah diketahui jumlah sedekahnya berjumlah 100 dinar lebih 1 genggam, Syaikh Annuri hanya mengambil segenggam saja dan mengembalikan sisanya yang berjumlah 100 Imam Junaid pun pulang dan melaporkan kejadian itu serta mengembalikan emas 100 dinar. Sambil menangis, Imam Junaid berkata kepada para santrinya "Itulah Ahli Hikmah, hanya mengambil hak Allah dan mengembalikan hak manusia." Di dalam Kitab Salalim Al-Fudhola yang merupakan syarah dari Kifayatul Atqiya' dijelaskan bahwa orang faqir terbagi menjadi tiga macam. 1. Orang faqir yang tidak meminta-minta dan tidak mau menerima pemberian orang lain. 2. Orang faqir yang tidak meminta-minta tapi jika diberi orang lain dia akan Orang faqir yang meminta pemberian dari orang akhirat kelak, orang faqir pertama akan masuk kelompok Ruhaniyyin, orang faqir kedua bersama Muqorrobin dan orang faqir ketiga bersama Salalim Al-Fudhola, Syarah dari Kifayatul Atqiya' Baca Juga Wallahu A'lamrhs KH A Shohibulwafa Tajul Arifin yang dikenal dengan nama Abah Anom, dilahirkan di Suryalaya tanggal 1 Januari 1915.
